What the plans mean day to day
What counts against the 8 hours
Everything the AI analyses for you: live recordings and imported videos count together. What is measured is simply the length of the footage.
When they reset
At the turn of the month. Then 8 hours are available again, no matter when you installed the app.
When the month is used up
A new live recording or import will not start. Everything you already analysed stays yours: watching, editing and exporting carry on without a limit.
Cancelling and refunds
Pro runs through your Apple account. You cancel with a tap in your App Store settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Apple handles refunds, in a few minutes via reportaproblem.apple.com.

No, and you do not need one. The free plan does not expire, so you can try Smash Field for as long as you like before deciding on Pro.
Yes. Signing in needs the internet once, after that the app works offline on court too. The account keeps your subscription and your player profiles together.
Yes. Pro belongs to your Smash Field account. Sign in with the same account on another device and Pro is unlocked there as well. Billing runs through the Apple account you subscribed with.

The recordings on your device stay where they are. Videos in the cloud stay stored for 30 more days after Pro ends, and you get an email beforehand. During this time you can bring videos that only live in the cloud back to your device in the app. After that they are deleted. Your match statistics and match links stay. Without Pro, the free plan's limits apply again to new recordings and exports.
